Cascade (Idaho) Medical Center, a critical access hospital, has implemented an Epic EHR system through OCHIN.
The hospital went live with the new EHR system in the final quarter of 2025, according to a Jan. 27 news release from OCHIN.
Cascade Medical Center was among 12 community health organizations in eight states to implement the OCHIN Epic EHR system.
OCHIN is a nonprofit health IT organization known for helping community health centers and safety-net providers adopt EHRs and related technology.
