Harlan Baker. CIO of McDonough District Hospital (Macomb, Ill.). Mr. Baker leads the information systems department at McDonough District Hospital. He served as director of information systems during the hospital’s transition to an integrated EHR system and was named CIO in 2016. He also worked with Cerner to implement the “Healthy Athlete” application, which allows athletic trainers to check on injured athletes over iPads.
