Freeman Health System in Joplin, Mo., is rolling out its new Epic EHR Oct. 24.

Epic will serve as a single, integrated platform for the health system’s four hospitals, behavioral health center Ozark Center and its primary, urgent and specialty clinics across three states, according to a May 14 news release.

The EHR vendor announced at its annual Users Group meeting in Verona, Wis., last year that the health system would be among the 28 new healthcare organizations switching to its system.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
