Titusville, Fla.-based Parrish Healthcare has inked a deal with Meditech to implement its Expanse EHR across the health system’s 208-bed hospital and ambulatory clinics.

The health system said it looks forward to enhanced mobile and AI capabilities, an improved user experience for patients and clinicians, and better data interoperability through Meditech’s Traverse Exchange network.

“This singular source of truth is crucial,” Parrish Healthcare President and CEO George Mikitarian said in a March 26 news release. “By consolidating records, the initiative ensures that clinicians and patients have streamlined, convenient access to patient information throughout the care journey while reducing information duplication.”

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
