The firm surveyed 192 healthcare leaders and received 174 responses, including how satisfied they were with vendors’ response to the pandemic. The respondents ranked 58 vendors on a scale of one to nine in terms of whether they met expectations during the pandemic. Seventy-nine percent of the companies were rated higher for their response to COVID-19 than for overall customer satisfaction.
