Among the major publicly traded EHR vendors, Allscripts saw the largest jump in share price at 9.19 percent.

How the three EHR vendors stacked up as of Jan. 11, with companies listed in alphabetical order:

  • Allscripts (Chicago): $11.41 per share (up 9.19 percent)
  • athenahealth (Watertown, Mass.): $133.38 per share (up 0.76 percent)
  • Cerner (North Kansas City, Mo.): $53.88 per share (up 3.76 percent)

Other top EHRs, including eClinicalWorks, Epic and Meditech, are privately held.
