Doris Peek, PhD. Senior Vice President of IT and CIO of Broward Health (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.). Since 2006, Dr. Peek has served as senior vice president of IT and CIO of Broward Health. During her tenure at Broward Health, the system’s IT department has grown from 125 employees in 2007 to 200. Among the other milestones during her tenure is a 95 percent adoption of computerized physician order processing entry and EHR. Dr. Peek holds a doctorate degree in organizational management.
