CMS to Host Provider Call on ICD-10

In order to help providers with their preparation efforts for ICD-10 in light of the one-year delay, CMS will host a national provider call on June 4.

During the call, Sue Bowman — senior director of coding policy and compliance at the American Health Information Management Association — will give a presentation on ICD-10 coding basics. CMS will also provide updates on the partial code freeze and 2015 code updates, among other topics.
