Mr. Nill, who spent 23 years at Cerner, will leave the company Jan. 10, 2020. He will provide transition support services up until his exit.
Cerner’s executive vice president and chief innovation officer Jeff Townsend retired Nov. 1, according to the SEC filing. Mr. Townsend will now serve as an executive senior adviser at the company.
