For the report, Black Book surveyed 1,587 U.S. healthcare executives about their confidence in partnering with outside contractors. The respondents included 807 hospital CIOs and IT departmental leaders.
Cerner, Meditech and Allscripts ranked as the top three IT managed services solutions among EHR vendors. Phoenix Health Systems, ICE Technologies, CGS, Infinite Outsourcing Solutions, IBM, NTT Data and CareTech Solutions scored among the top non-EHR IT outsourcing vendors.
