Bill Bollinger. CIO of Carroll County Memorial Hospital (Carrollton, Mo.). Mr. Bollinger is CIO of Carroll County Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital that received Hospital & Health Network‘s Health Care’s Most Wired recognition in 2017 in the small and rural provider category. In 2015, he was instrumental in the hospital’s implementation of a new system to protect against identity theft and provide more efficient patient registration while reducing medical errors. The technology scans the patient’s right finger and gives each patient a unique identification code for the visit.
