1. Mr. Borgen most recently served as CFO at Vistaprint, an e-commerce brand that provides small businesses with physical and digital marketing products.
2. With 22 years of experience in finance, Mr. Borgen has served as Vistaprint’s CFO for the last nine years. During his tenure, he oversaw a team of 100 members.
3. In addition to Vistaprint, Mr. Borgen has served as CFO at DaVita, a healthcare services provider, as well as specialty tea retailer David’s Tea.
4. After earning his master’s degree in business administration from University of Chicago, Mr. Borgen completed his Master of Science in finance at Boston College.
