The new program, dubbed ADP Empower, builds on the company’s developer program, which partners with developers to provide the IT tools and technologies companies need to connect their innovations with Allscripts’ clients, according to a May 5 news release.

Through ADP Empower, Allscripts will offer a special package to minority-owned or led health IT companies. The empowerment package includes an official Allscripts partnership, one-on-one guidance for technical, marketing and business development best practices as well as client facing-opportunities.

Allscripts is accepting applications through May 28 for its upcoming ADP Empower cohort; the company will announce the selected cohort in June.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
