EHR data company Arcadia Healthcare Solutions acquires Sage Technologies for $28M

Arcadia Health Solutions, an EHR data aggregation and analytics technology services provider has acquired Sage Technologies, a managed services and ACO implementation provider.

The acquisition is valued at $28 million, according to Boston Business Journal.

Arcadia’s solutions support more than 3,000 provider practices and 20 million patients nationwide.

Investors funding the acquisition include Peloton Equity, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, Zaffre Investments and Escalate Capital Partners.
