Under the partnership, Uber Health will be integrated into Medecision’s social care coordination tool to provide health plans and providers with instant access to a person’s social determinants of health barriers, according to an April 19 press release from Medecision.
Medecision customers will also be able to arrange, manage and pay for an individual’s Uber ride to their medical appointments as well as allow care teams to track if a patient made it to their appointment.
