Microsoft holds onto top spot, but tech slips in Drucker’s best-managed companies of 2022

Microsoft held onto the top spot and Apple finished second, but technology companies slipped in the Drucker Institute’s “250 Best-Managed Companies of 2022” rankings, The Wall Street Journal reported Dec. 12.

In 2021, tech companies held all the top five spots. In this year’s list, General Motors and Whirlpool climbed into the top five. 

Other tech companies such as Meta, Amazon, Alphabet, Uber and Salesforce slipped in this year’s rankings. The rankings are created based on 34 data inputs provided by 14 third-party sources.
