CVS-owned Oak Street to enter 4 new states

Oak Street Health, a primary care network acquired by CVS Health in May, will expand into Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas and Virginia by the end of the year.

The expansions mark the 25th state Oak Street will have locations, according to a May 31 Oak Street news release.

Additionally, Oak Street will build new centers in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

CVS first announced the $10.6 billion acquisition in February.
