Direct Urgent Care’s facility in Berkley, Calif., has used the drchrono platform on iPads for the past two years to manage patient check-ins, medical record administration and insurance and medical billing payments.

Direct Urgent Care processes approximately 15,000 patients per year. Officials expressed excitement to continue the organization’s relationship with drchrono at its new location.

“We chose drchrono to support our urgent care facilities and mobile clinic because its EHR offering is paperless, more efficient and an incredibly easy platform for our patients and physicians to use on an iPad,” said Caesar Djavaherian, MD, co-founder of Direct Urgent Care.
