Walmart Health exec, Ex-CVS Health CMO join board of digital health startup

Austin, Texas-based Point Health, a digital company, has made several appointments to its board of directors.

Three details:

  1. Five members were added to the board, including Marcus Osborne, senior vice president at Walmart Health, and Jane Barlow, MD, former CMO at CVS Health, according to an Oct. 20 news release.
  2. Board members will assist the company in making strategic and operational decisions that uphold Point Health’s mission, the release said.
  3. Point Health was founded in 2020 and offers shop-and-compare tools and a selection of cash-pay providers.
