Point B, a business innovation and technology consulting firm, acquired Lumson, a software development company, to meet increasing demands for digital transformation services.

Lumson specializes in application development and digital transformation, specifically cloud solutions, machine learning and system integrations.

The acquisition aims to expand Point B’s technology services footprint by increasing opportunities for near-shore delivery and improving service capabilities across the country, according to a Nov. 12 press release from Lumson.
