Persivia, a digital health company, has raised a $107 million growth investment and secured a patent for its CareSpace platform.

- Persivia said in a May 7 news release that it closed a $107 million growth investment from Aldrich Capital Partners. The funding round was completed in February.
- The investment will support product development, customer service and market expansion, according to the company.
- Persivia also received U.S. Patent No. 12,254,975 B2 for the technology powering its CareSpace platform.
- CareSpace is a modular platform designed to deliver real-time, AI-driven decision support. Its patented engine, called Soliton, analyzes clinical data as it’s ingested, surfaces insights and helps care teams prioritize patient needs from a single interface.
- The company supports more than 200 hospitals and 12,000 clinicians nationwide.
