Innovaccer, which specializes in data analytics and population health, has more than 95 customers after the deal, which marks the company’s foray into the patient experience market.
“We were looking for companies who could help us enhance our experience pillar’s focus on improving patient experiences,” Abhinav Shashank, co-founder and CEO of Innovaccer, said in a Jan. 16 news release. “Cured was the perfect fit, with a team that shares our passion and innovative mindset and a compelling approach to disrupt healthcare CRM [customer relationship management].”
Cured’s clients include Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health, West Des Moines, Iowa-based UnityPoint Health, Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth, Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth, and Richmond, Va.-based VCU Health. The company uses data and artificial intelligence to help healthcare organizations boost their patient experience campaigns. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
