The Sectra One imaging platform includes radiology, breast imaging and orthopedics modules. These clinical tools are integrated with Epic EHRs, according to a Nov. 9 Sectra news release.

“Moving to Sectra will offer our radiologists immediate opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements that only come with a first-class picture archiving and communication system solution,” Eric Podradchik, senior EHR director at Boston Medical Center, said in the release. “This goal will improve our providers’ ability to care for our underserved patient population by providing a consistent reading platform and access to all images across different physician specialties throughout BMC.”
