When this group of executives was asked to rate the success of their mobile presence on a scale of 1 to 10, 38 percent rated their mobile technology success as an 8 or higher. The study suggested this satisfaction rate could be on the lower side due to the organizations not tracking how much digital engagement they have or following the adoption of mobile technology.

Gozio Health, a software company that offers a mobile platform for healthcare clients, commissioned the survey of 272 health executives, which was conducted by Eliciting Insights in June 2022.
