For its report, the market research firm tracked changes in consumer perceptions and adoption of telehealth services due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Four report insights:
1. Fifty-two percent of households said they would share their smartphone data to help with COVID-19 contact tracing measures.
2. An additional 20 percent of respondents said they could be convinced to share their data if there are privacy protections in place.
3. One-third of broadband households in the U.S. have used or attempted to use telehealth during the pandemic.
4. Forty-one percent of broadband households said they have used telehealth in the last 12 months.
