Fourteen healthcare organizations earned the highest designation in the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives’ 2026 Digital Health Most Wired survey.
The organizations achieved level 10 in CHIME’s annual assessment of healthcare organizations’ digital capabilities. CHIME announced the results Oct. 20.
The survey, conducted through CHIME’s Digital Health Analytics program, evaluates how healthcare organizations use technology across clinical and operational environments. The 2026 survey includes data from more than 45,000 facilities worldwide.
CHIME evaluates organizations across 10 categories, including infrastructure, security, interoperability, analytics and data management, patient engagement, population health, innovation, and clinical quality and safety.
The assessment also considers organizational differences in size, complexity, risk and resources. CHIME said the level 10 designation recognizes organizations that have integrated digital investments into clinical and operational workflows and demonstrated measurable value.
Here are the 14 organizations that earned level 10 recognition in 2026, according to CHIME:

- Roper St. Francis Healthcare Services (Charleston, S.C.)
- Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, Calif.)
