DeliverHealth, a provider of software and technology-enabled services for hospitals, will utilize PresidioHealth’s SaaS-based services that acquire, normalize and read medical charts to improve coding quality, coding production and physician documentation, according to a March 21 press release.
The acquisition aims to accelerate the reimbursement cycle for physician groups, free-standing emergency rooms and urgent care centers.
The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
