ERT, based in Philadelphia, provides data collection solutions for use in clinical drug development. ERT’s purchase of Boston-based PHT will combine PHT’s platform and customer service with ERT’s clinical trial technology and service offerings, according to a news release.
PHT’s platform, eCOA, is an electronic clinical outcome assessment software that collects and reports secure real-time patient data from mobile devices, according to the news release. ERT already implements a clinical outcome assessment software and will incorporate PHT’s.
