Data analytics firm Inovalon files for IPO

Bowie, Md.-based Inovalon, a data analytics technology service provider, filed to raise up to $500 million in an initial public offering of Class A common stock, according to Reuters.

The lead underwriters of the IPO are Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co., and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., according to the report.

Inovalon’s filing did not include how many shares or their expected price, according to the report.
