CHIME welcomes 3 new IT leaders to board of trustees

The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives welcomed three new IT leaders to its board of trustees, the organization said Tuesday.

Here are the three members that will begin their terms Jan. 1, 2018.

1. Sheree McFarland, CIO of Hospital Corporation of America's Palm Harbor, Fla.-based West Florida Division

2. John Kravitz, senior vice president and CIO of Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System

3. Rusty Yeager, senior vice president and CIO of Birmingham, Ala.-based HealthSouth.

CHIME also elected Steve Eckert, president of the healthcare consulting firm Divurgent in Virginia Beach, Va., to the CHIME Foundation Board, starting Jan. 1, 2018.
