The “Health Care’s Most Wired” list has recognized hospitals and health systems that use advanced technological practices to improve patient outcomes and control costs each year since 1999. The list, published in Hospitals & Health Networks, is based on a survey of primarily U.S. hospitals and has typically been conducted through the American Hospital Association.
“With a membership of nearly 2,400 CIOs, CHIME provides an ideal home for Most Wired,” said Maryjane Wurth, executive vice president and COO of AHA. “CHIME has direct access to the healthcare IT leaders who participate in the survey and who benefit from knowing the trends that emerge in the results.”
