This is the first year CHIME will oversee the survey, which measures technology excellence in healthcare and honors health systems for their health IT use.
CHIME made a number of changes to the survey, including revising its release date to align with health organizations’ data-gathering and reporting schedules as well as adding an auditing process so results won’t be limited to self-reported data.
“We encourage everyone to participate and join us in making Most Wired a powerful tool that informs best practices around the world,” said Russell Branzell, CHIME president and CEO. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to lead this effort.”
The survey will be open for at least two months after the launch date, and survey participants should expect results by the end of August.
