Officers named to CHIME’s Board, effective Jan. 1, 2021, include:
· Tanya Townsend, senior vice president and CIO at LCMC Health (New Orleans), as board chair.
· David Chou, CIO at Luye Medical Group (Singapore), as secretary.
· Darren Dworkin, CIO and senior vice president of enterprise information at Cedars Sinai (Los Angeles), as treasurer.
New members of the CHIME Board of Trustees, effective Jan. 1, 2020, include:
· George Hickman, executive vice president, CIO and chief analytics officer at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center.
· Daniel Nigrin, MD, senior vice president and CIO at Boston Children’s Hospital.
· Sarah Richardson, vice president of IT change management at OptumCare (Chicago).
· Ajay Kapare, vice president of marketing and strategy at Ellkay (Elmwood Park, N.J.).
For CHIME’s 2020 board, John Kravitz, senior vice president and corporate CIO at Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System will serve as board chair. Sheree McFarland, division CIO at West Florida Division of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, serve as secretary and Rusty Yeager, senior vice president and CIO at Encompass Health in Birmingham, Ala., will serve as treasurer.
