The solution integrates directly into Children’s National’s Cerner EHR, allowing physicians to respond to queries regarding clinical documentation and coding.
“We wanted to ease the burden on our physicians, so they could spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on patient care,” said Alec King, Children’s National’s executive vice president and CFO.
Children’s National includes the Children’s Research Institute and the Sheikh Zayed Institute for Pediatric Surgical Innovation. The health system sees more than 200,000 patients annually.
