The patient-engagement platform will offer consumers health risk assessment tests, individualized wellness programs, digital health and app offerings, tools to schedule appointments and resources to prepare for surgery or other clinical services.

“Connected health is helping people live happier, healthier lives — not because of the technology alone, but because it enables the health system to start a conversation and build a relationship directly with the patient outside of the exam room,” said Jeff Arnold, chairman and CEO of Sharecare. “The combination of Sharecare’s proven engagement platform with the clinical excellence at CHE Trinity stands to accelerate healthcare innovation, and improve the health and wellness of those who need it most.”
