The solution aims to combine identity management capabilities with workflow applications to identify patients accurately and match records within and across organizations. The solution will leverage Experian Health’s identity management expertise along with Change Healthcare’s Intelligent Healthcare Network, which serves about 2,200 government and commercial payers, 5,500 hospitals, 900,000 physicians and 33,000 pharmacies.
