Change Healthcare doubles IPO value

Change Healthcare submitted an amended S-1 filing, upsizing its initial public offering to $200 million from the $100 million it filed for in March, according to Seeking Alpha.

The amended prospectus includes a $100 million tangible equity units offering.

The Nashville, Tenn.-based data analytics firm is a joint venture between McKesson and Change Healthcare, Seeking Alpha reports. It provides clinical decision-making and revenue cycle management tools.
