Livongo Health offers a cellular-enabled blood glucose meter which automatically sends readings to members of that patient’s care team, as well as other behavioral information. Through the partnership, data collected from Livongo Health’s devices will connect with Cerner healthcare clients.

“This relationship enables us to rapidly deploy the latest innovative technology globally,” said Glen Tullman, CEO of Livongo Health. “The combination of Cerner’s architecture with Livongo’s real-time diabetes ecosystem…offers the ability for healthcare organizations to cost-effectively and efficiently extend care for chronic conditions beyond the four walls of the hospital.”
