Advocate Physician Partners will receive access to Cerner’s HealtheRegistries, which aggregates clinical, financial and operational data from its EHR across the care continuum. Advocate also plans to adopt Center’s community-based care management solution, HealtheCare, over the summer, according to a news release.

Advocate will extend its remote hosting relationship with Cerner, expanding the EHR system to its hospitals through June 2024. The care providers will receive analytics and predictive modeling services and will integrate clinical, financial and operational data from across the care continuum into the EHR system, according to a news release.
