In 2025, CEOs expect CIOs to integrate AI into their organizations while boosting the customer experience, CIO reported May 12.

The news outlet asked 906 IT leaders and 250 line-of-business professionals: “What are the CEO’s top three priorities for you in the coming year?” Here are their answers:

1. Research and implement AI products/projects: 26%

2. Improve the customer experience: 23%
