Ms. O’Toole was named acting CEO in May 2015 and permanent CEO in November 2015. During her tenure, MNsure enrollment increased from 58,673 in the 2014-2015 open enrollment period to 116,358 in the 2017-2018 period. Additionally, call wait time at the exchange decreased from 30 minutes to 10 seconds over the course of her leadership.
COO Nate Clark will serve as acting CEO. He joined MNsure in 2016, prior to which he worked at Thompson Reuters, serving as vice president for strategy and business development.
