Centura Health’s Heart and Vascular Network has rolled out the app for consumers who have experienced a heart condition return to normal life.

The app can provide recommendations about daily health management, find cardiac rehabilitation activities, research heart-healthy recipes and dishes and identify educational resources for individuals.

Combined with IBM Watson, the supercomputer’s natural language and cognitive computing allow the app to learn which plans and rewards are the most successful for the individual and tailor recommendations based on those personal insights.

Welltok is a member of the IBM Watson Ecosystem.
