The company named Joy Powell COO. Ms. Powell comes to CareSync from Franklin, Tenn.-based Healthways, where she most recently served as COO of network solutions.
CareSync appointed Mike Hofmeister senior vice president of sales. Previously, he was a member of sales management for Chicago-based Allscripts.
Allison Guley, JD, is the company’s new general counsel. Most recently, she was associate senior counsel at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The company named Amy Gleason, RN, chief of staff. Ms. Gleason was most recently CareSync’s COO.
