CareCloud gains $31.5M in new financing round

Miami-based CareCloud raised $31.5 million in a series C funding round. Blue Cloud Ventures, a new investor in CareCloud, led the round.

The funding brings the total amount of capital invested in the company to date to $102 million. CareCloud plans to use the funds to scale its team and cloud-based platform. The company’s software is tailored to medical groups focused on expanding operations, and it aims to streamline workflow and address billing inefficiencies.

Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group and Atlanta-based First Data Corp. also participated in the funding round.
