To qualify for the incentive payments, providers must submit immunization information through a certified electronic health record system to an immunization registry. The new portal will feature a simplified interface for enrolling with the registry and submitting test messages for validation and meaningful use attestation.

The portal is available to providers in the seven participating California Immunization Registry regions.
