Brightree acquires AllCall Connect to enhance CPAP resupply solution

Brightree, a health information technology company, acquired AllCall Connect, a live-calling solution for continuous positive airway pressure patient resupply.

The acquisition will allow Brightree to enhance Brightree Connect, a widely used resupply contact management solution.

“With the addition of the AllCall Connect service, we now have the ability to directly offer Brightree Connect customers a turnkey ‘live call center’ service with trained experts and proven processes,” said Raj Sodhi, president of Healthcare Informatics at Brightree’s parent company, ResMed.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
