Worldwide spending on blockchain solutions is estimated to reach $16 billion by 2023. Within the U.S., spending will be approximately $1.1 billion in 2019.
The banking industry is predicted to command blockchain spending. Other industries that are expected to increase blockchain spending include manufacturing and process manufacturing.
When considering specific blockchain solutions, IT and business services combined are projected to account for 70 percent of blockchain spending.
