FormDrop, which is built on a blockchain, allows patients to electronically fill out and submit necessary health information to providers. Through the app, patients can also access their personal health information and give specific access to different providers.
The blockchain developer is looking to grant an exclusive license to a single hospital in each market. Those hospitals will be able to embed FormDrop into their own mobile apps.
“Exclusive FormDrop SDK licensees will have unique opportunities to create patient engagement and reach patients in their markets, including patients outside their provider networks,” Kalibrate Blockchain CEO Calvin Wiese said.
