The partnership allows customers in emerging service verticals to drive revenue and increase customer engagement with enhanced mobile and online payment channels.
The agreement will bring together established BillingTree solutions such as IVR and portal with mobile-enabled payment technology from SwervePay. Customers will be able to use payment data to unlock new revenue, reduce bad debt write off and improve customer engagement through the use of appropriate automatic text message notifications. The resulting suite of technologies will be underpinned by robust payment facilitation services and available for customers in a variety of service-focused verticals including healthcare, property management, credit unions and auto finance.
BillingTree and SwervePay will be demonstrating the technologies and discussing the partnership at the 2017 AAHAM ANI in Nashville October 18-20.
“An increasing number of organizations are realizing the payment options they offer are not in line with customer preferences, often finding themselves wasting valuable employee time by using traditional methods to chase payments,” said Jaeme Adams, CEO at SwervePay. “This partnership will extend the scope of the payment options, helping increase payment convenience through the use of innovative technology to benefit both providers and their customers.”
