Spok Care Connect will streamline clinical communication at the network’s three facilities through an operator console, on-call scheduling, web directory, secure mobile messaging, emergency notification, call recording and paging.
The deployment builds on an agreement between Bermuda Hospitals Board and Spok, under which clinical leaders used Spok Care Connect to receive notifications related to critical situations, such as an influx of patients in the emergency department.
